Parade: July 4, 1:00 p.m. — Starting at Main & Grant Streets and traveling through downtown.
Fireworks: July 4 at dusk (approx. 9:30 p.m.) at 75th Street & Lemont Road, hosted jointly with Woodridge. Great viewing spots include nearby parking lots and parks.
Fireworks & Music: July 3, Community Park, 1825 Short Street. Live music begins at 5:30 p.m. with fireworks around 9:30 p.m.
Parade: July 4 at 10:00 a.m. — From Lisle Junior High to Village Hall, followed by an old-fashioned Ice Cream Social and patriotic tunes.
Independence Day Celebration: July 4, 4:00–10:00 p.m. at Ty Warner Park. Expect food trucks, live entertainment, kids' activities, and fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
Parade: July 4 along Cass Avenue — A community favorite for over 50 years.
Fireworks: Darien residents are encouraged to attend the shared Downers Grove/Woodridge fireworks show at 75th & Lemont.
Naperville Salute & Fireworks: July 3–4 at Rotary Hill and Frontier Park. The Naperville Salute includes live bands, food vendors, and a fireworks spectacular on July 4 at Frontier Park.
Parade & Family Festival: July 4 at 10:00 a.m. in downtown Hinsdale, followed by family-friendly activities at Burlington Park.
Fireworks: Hinsdale does not host its own display, but residents often head to nearby Burr Ridge, Westmont, or Downers Grove.
Fireworks: July 3 at Graf Park, 1855 Manchester Road. Live entertainment kicks off at 5:30 p.m., with fireworks starting at dusk.
Parade: July 4 at 10:00 a.m. — A beloved tradition through downtown Wheaton.
4th of July Celebration: July 4 includes a morning parade through downtown and an evening fireworks show at Lake Ellyn Park, beginning around 9:00 p.m.
Fireworks & Concert: July 4 at Bolingbrook Golf Club. Live music begins in the evening with one of the area’s biggest fireworks finales.
Arrive Early: Fireworks are popular—parking and good viewing spots fill quickly.
Pack Essentials: Bring blankets, lawn chairs, bug spray, and snacks or check for food trucks.
Double Up: Many towns have events on different days—catch fireworks in Lisle on July 3 and Downers Grove on July 4!
Stay Updated: Event times can change due to weather—check village websites or social media the day of.
