New Downers Grove Location in 2018

Wenzel Select Properties is looking forward to a new Downers Grove location in 2018. We purchased a building at 4941 Main Street in downtown Downers Grove. For the past year, Freddy Wenzel has been rehabbing the property along with other contractors. We are excited about this new venture and look forward to our new home.

Our new office will be state of the art featuring a kiosk area for our clients to search for homes, WiFi access, technology stations for our Real Estate Brokers, digital videos displaying 3-D Virtual home tours, and much more!

We are conveniently located in the heart of Downers Grove, close to the Metra station, Starbucks and numerous restaurants. We are looking forward to assisting the Downers Grove residents and the surrounding communities to assist them with buying and selling a home.
