Meet Lilli Schulz

Lilli began her real estate career in 2018 and quickly built a strong foundation through her work with a new home builder, where she gained hands on experience in new home sales, community management, and marketing. Her professional background also includes insurance sales, giving her a well rounded understanding of contracts, client service, and the importance of protecting her clients’ best interests throughout every transaction.
 
Lilli holds a degree from North Central College in Music and a master’s degree from Roosevelt University in Marketing and Real Estate. This unique combination of education and experience allows her to bring both creativity and strategic thinking to her work, helping her clients navigate the market with confidence.
 
When asked why she loves real estate, Lilli’s answer is simple. She is passionate about helping people find a place to call home and is committed to working tirelessly until her clients reach their goals. Whether guiding first time buyers or supporting sellers through a major life transition, she is known for her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care.
 
Lilli brings warmth, enthusiasm, and trustworthiness to every interaction, while always maintaining a high level of professionalism. As a longtime resident of Downers Grove, she offers valuable local insight and a deep connection to the community. She has also spent time volunteering at Good Samaritan Hospital and Hinsdale Hospital, reflecting her commitment to giving back.
 
Today, Lilli lives in Downers Grove with her family and is proud to serve clients throughout the surrounding communities.
